Key Advantages
When you choose Ver-Tech Labs, you’re investing in a chemical lineup designed for your success—delivering uncompromising performance, smarter operations, and the confidence to redefine clean.
The VAULT delivery system was built around
your feedback—focused on what truly drives
results: efficiency, performance, quality, and dependable support. This innovative program
combines intelligent design with practical
features that make a real impact on your wash operations.
The Ver-Tech VAULT system replaces conventional
30–55 gallon drums with a sealed, wall-mounted chemical storage and dispensing unit. Instead of handling individual drums, chemicals are delivered in bulk and stored inside the vault container, which feeds directly into the metering pumps or injectors for the wash equipment.
The vault system reduces the need for manual
drum changes, improves safety by minimizing chemical handling, and helps maintain a cleaner equipment room. Because the containers are enclosed and designed specifically for chemical dispensing, they
also help prevent spills, contamination, and improper connections.
Another advantage of the Ver-Tech VAULT is improved inventory management. The system allows operators to easily monitor chemical levels and simplifies refilling, which can reduce downtime and ensure the wash maintains consistent chemical performance.
Typical 30–55 gallon drums are used to store and supply chemicals. These drums are connected to the chemical delivery system through pickup tubes or pumps that draw product directly from the container.
As the chemical is used, drum level gradually decreases and must be monitored to ensure it doesn’t run empty. Running a drum dry can introduce air into the system and disrupt chemical flow or wash performance.
This system requires periodic drum replacement,
manual handling of containers, and proper storage practices to prevent spills, leaks, or contamination. Operators must also ensure drums are clearly labeled and stored in a designated chemical storage area.
Conventional drum systems are common because they are simple, widely available, and compatible with most chemical injection or metering equipment. For many car washes, this setup represents the traditional method of chemical storage and delivery.
Because chemicals are stored in multiple
drums, operators must regularly check levels,
change containers, and handle products more frequently. This system can require more maintenance and oversight compared to newer centralized chemical management solutions.
These products are formulated to work
with high-pressure wands, foam brushes,
and other equipment commonly used in coin
or card-operated self-serve systems.
Typical chemicals in the self-serve line include presoak, high-pressure soap, foam brush soap, tire cleaner, wax, and spot-free rinse agents. Each product is designed to provide strong cleaning performance while still rinsing easily through the high-pressure system.
These chemicals are formulated to maintain proper foaming, lubrication, and cleaning power even when diluted through metering tips or injectors.
Using products designed for self-serve bays helps ensure consistent performance, protects equipment from buildup, and provides customers with an effective wash experience.
The Ver-Tech Maintenance Line is group of specialty chemicals used to maintain and protect the car wash equipment and systems. Unlike wash chemicals that are applied to vehicles, these products are used by operators to clean, protect, and maintain tunnels, pumps, lines, and other equipment.
Maintenance line products typically include descalers, degreasers, line cleaners, and equipment protectants. These chemicals help remove mineral buildup, soap residue, and grease that can accumulate in pumps, injectors, spray nozzles, and plumbing over time.
Regular use of maintenance chemicals helps extend the life of equipment, maintain proper chemical flow, and prevent clogs or performance issues. By keeping the system clean and functioning properly, the maintenance line plays an important role in ensuring consistent wash quality and reducing downtime caused by equipment problems.
