Ver-Tech Labs is a family-owned car wash chemical manufacturer based in Rockford, Minnesota, founded in 1981. They make chemistry for every kind of wash — tunnel and conveyor, in-bay automatic and self-serve — and customize chemical programs that improve performance and lower operating costs.

Metal-safe detergents and aluminum brighteners for touchless and friction washing — built for commercial truck washes, fleets, municipal vehicles, tankers and ag equipment. They cut through road film, grease, bugs, salt and mineral deposits.
How to clean a large vehicle
For best results, Ver-Tech recommends a two-step touchless process.
- 01Low pH firstApply an acid detergent (STR500 or CIT110) from the bottom of the vehicle to the top with a foam applicator.
- 02High pH over topApply an alkaline detergent (HEL100) over the acid, again from bottom to top.
- 03Short dwellLet it work for 30–45 seconds. Don't let chemical dry on the surface.
- 04Rinse thoroughlyUse warm soft water (90–100°F) at high pressure, top to bottom. Repeat on heavily soiled areas.
Tip: work front to back in vertical sections 8–10 ft wide.
